Welcome to The Department of Architecture, Design, and Media Technology ◗ We research and develop human centred design and technology ◗ We investigate the interaction between creativity, users, and technology. ◗ We offer a wide range of courses in architecture, design, and media technology in Aalborg and Copenhagen.

PURPOSE

Create’s purpose is to utilize and investigate the interplay between creativity and technology for research within architecture, urban design, products, and media solutions with users or participants as a focus.

MISSION

Create’s mission, through excellent research and education, is to pave the way for new technologies and solutions that contribute to answers for future societal challenges for sustainable and attractive ways of living. We do this in in close collaboration with a wide range of companies, universities, local authorities, and we participate in both national and international projects. The common focal point is to deliver excellent human design centred technology research.

CREATIVITY AND TECHNOLOGY CAN SOLVE SOCIETAL CHALLENGES
The department’s vision is to utilize and investigate the interplay between creativity and technology for development within new and growing fields in research and education directed towards users or participants.
